Claude FELIOT holds a PhD in complex systems’ modeling and design. He started his researches at the French atomic Energy commission on the systems’ theory applied to product design within the team that has developed the SAGACE methodology.
He began a career as consultant 1999 for the energy and railway industry for complexes systems’ design, while pursuing his work on system modeling and design establishing a formal system semantic of the system vision and modeling approach.
He was adviser in system engineering of the European Commission experts for the European railroad harmonization from 2001 to 2003.
He has been hired as Master expert and leader of the core competency network in system engineering of ALSTOM transport until in charge of the System engineering process improvement and training programs of the company.
Teacher in system engineering theory and technics since 1998 at C.A.M (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers), then at the Masters in system engineering of E.N.S.A.M (Ecole Nationale Supérieur des Arts et Métiers) and Polytechnique, he is also trainer and coach for big companies in this domain.
Claude has been the leader of the technical working group for Model Based System Engineering of the French chapter of INCOSE until 2011, and he is one of the earlier member of the C.E.SA.M.E association. Claude is also C.M.M.I lead appraiser and Balck belt six Sigma expert in process improvement.
He is actually support the Head representative of the Regional and General Council of Martinique as project manager of the fusion of those to governmental institution applying those system vision and approach to strategic planning of the development of the country and engineering of governmental institutions.
